Dealing a partner's annoying part

Finding a soul mate is one thing but having to deal and manage with your partners very annoying part is a different thing all together that needs utmost attention. We all have our low-lights or weak points of course nobody is Mr. Perfect, we need to find our partner's low-lights manage the ones that we could manage and deal restlessly with the ones that are not welcomed. You need not pretend at the beginning else your happiness in your home is jeopardized. How prepared are you or how have you been able to deal with them in your relationship?
