Two Million Traders Receive Interest Free Loans-APC Nigeria
The ruling All Progressive Congress APC has stated that it's government has empowered two million traders with interest free loans ranging from #10,000 to #100,000.
The party in a tweet declared that the beneficiaries of the empowerment scheme neither bribed for it nor got connected to any influential Nigerian to receive the loans.
'For the first time, 2 million market women & men are offered interest-free loans of N10,000 to N100,000. These beneficiaries didn't have to bribe their ways into the scheme, neither did they know any powerful Nigerian.'
Noting that though the amount may be intangible, meaningful impacts were recorded.
'This might seem little, but lives have been touched!'
Commenting on the post, a tweeter user Mr Respect writes 'As an entrepreneur, I don't need N10,000 to grow my business.poor economic policies and poor infrastructure is the worst nightmare of most entrepreneur. Cost of running and maintenance of 3 generators for my businesses is killing.'

Quote of the Day
Hi friends, isn't it gracious that it's the last day of the year?
Our quote of the day is a common expression:
The famous definition of insanity is the act of doing the same thing repeatedly and still expect a different result.
You can't be planting orange tree every year expecting to harvest a mango fruit. It's unbelievable. If out of ignorance you planted orange tree and harvested orange but expected mango, next planting season, plant something different (after proper research) certainly you'll harvest a different harvest.
As we go into a new year in few hours time, adopt a different strategy for that pursuit that has lingered. And yes be hopeful, be optimistic.
Happy New year Sweeties.

Quote of the Day
Hello family. It's just few hours to the end of the year. How have been your experiences?
Our inspirational quote of today is from Chisom UdoChukwu Anyanwu. He writes:
The Hallmark of good Leadership and development is Selfless service.
It is the quality of unselfish concern services of the leader towards the welfare of the People he leads.
The selfless leader is always unrest seeing his people surfer but his joy and satisfaction cones from rendering best services, bringing development and meeting up with the needs and aspirations of his people and never from what he has amassed.
When the leader is obessed with what he stands to gain, the led is doomed.
But when he's more interested in the needs, wishes, aspirations and in what inspires his subjects, the people rejoice.
In choosing your leader, choose a selfless one.

Today our inspirational quote is from RenosNuggets. He writes:
'Dreams don’t come TRUE. They come THROUGH. If you wait for your dreams to come true, you will wait forever. But if you set goals and make plans, your dreams will come through for you. Don’t just sleep and dream. Wake up and plan. Write the vision, make it plain, that you may run with it. No one gets rich overnight. It is your daily habits that make you rich. If you read a self development book daily, you are guaranteed to increase your annual income. If you hang out with successful people, that chance goes up by 100%. Lack of Money Will Ruin Marriages-Reno Omokri
The former Special Assistant to President Goodluck Jonathan, Reno Omokri has deposed that lack of money in a family has the potential to ruin marriages.
In an Instagram post, Omokri who once hosted a nondenominational Christian TV show-transformation with Reno Omokri-stated that with money, a non loving marriage could be endured.
However he affirmed that love is the greatest gift of all even though money answers all things.
'Sadly, lack of money will ruin marriages faster than lack of love. With money, you can endure a marriage that is not loving. Without money, it is hard to endure a marriage, even if there is love. Love is the greatest gift of all, however, money answers all things. So make money. And if your money is not making money, then you don’t know the value of money. Don’t put yourself to work. Put your money to work. Invest in ventures that will produce money. Invest your seed and spend your harvest. Treat money like a tree. Eat the fruit, not the tree'.
Mmmmm! Do you agree with this? What's your take on Money, Love and Marriage?

Marital Love as a Cohesive Force
The picture of an old man holding his wife so dearly in a metro cut my interest. And it is not strange to see couples living like strangers in and outside their homes. But this is wrong. Marital love is like two unlike poles of a bar magnet. Even though they are unlike yet they attract each other. This is the irony of live.
Sometimes the one you admire refuses to appreciate your efforts, well that's like poles that cannot attract each other.
In my early days in the high school when the feelings of love were coming in, I was so much in love with Deborah who's every man's dream of friendship. I expressed my intention to make her my girlfriend in many ways-buying gifts, launch and other efforts to win her attention. I remember being mocked by her friends because of my affectionate gestures to Deborah. Yet the more I tried, the more I fail.
Similarly, Before I settle for my wife, I had this beautiful lady I had loved so much. Actually she pretended to love my back but her actions towards me were more hurtful than the love. The More I tried to please her, the more hurt I experience. To a point I asked myself does love really hurt like this? When the relationship finally ended, my pains continued until I found Aijay.
Most of us that have the experience know how hurtful it is. It is so bad that the harder you fight to win 'your intending love' the more you are being rejected by the one you love.
This experience of loving someone who doesn't love you back to back is like the experience of hugging a cactus tree. The tree is beautiful and admirable with thorns. The more you hug it the more you get Hurt.
We all love and want to be loved back in our unique ways. For you to experience the sweetness of your love, you must fall in love with someone that loves you and appreciates and respects your love and feeling otherwise the more you try to love someone who doesn't love you, the more you hurt your good feelings. But the moment you found the one that loves you, you experience the wholesomeness and beauty of Love. Marital Love is More of a cohesive than a repulsive force.

BEYONCE PAYS TRIBUTE TO FORMER SOUTH AFRICA'S PRESIDENT
American singer and songwriter Beyoncé Knowles-Carter has paid a tribute to the former South African President Nelson Mandela.
In her tribute which was published in Sowetan, Beyonce recalls the impactful moments together with Mandela.
She is one of the artists that will honour the Global Citizen Festival to celebrate Nelson Mandela's 100th birthday day.
Hereafter is her tribute to Mandela.
Dear Madiba,
I first met you in 2004 for the 46664 AIDS Benefit Concert in Cape Town, and the impact you have had on my life resonates with me today and every day. Your kindness and gratitude for every experience, and your ability to forgive are lessons I have learned and will pass on to my three children. My entire family holds you in high regard.
It is an honor for me to travel to South Africa this week in celebration of you and your efforts to right so many wrongs. You were a strategic warrior, a bold activist, and charismatic and well-loved leader. Your vision for dignity, for human rights, for peace and a South Africa free of racism and apartheid, allows us all to turn dreams into reality.
I remember taking that walk with you back to the prison on Robben Island where you spent 18 of those imprisoned 27 years. I recall your measured but focused steps in as you recounted the stories of the struggles, the sacrifices and your resilience. You smiled as you talked to a crowd of artists and their guests, including my mother, who first told my sister and me about the great Nelson Mandela. In that moment I truly understood your heart and humility.
You made it possible for so many people like me to reject impossibilities and understand our capabilities in making lasting change in the world. The smallest efforts could change the trajectory for so many living in extreme poverty, facing injustices, the indecency of racism and fighting for their rights as humans.
As we celebrate the Global Citizen Festival: Mandela 100, honoring your centennial year, I promise you that we have made your dreams our own.
She vows to cherish each moment spent together and promised to use the lessons she learnt From him as a force.
'Your work and your sacrifices were not in vain. I will cherish every moment shared in your presence and use the lessons learned from you as fuel to stir positive ideas and solutions.'
