Amaechi is the Director General of the Presidential relection bid of President Muhammadu Buhari and the Minister of Transportation since the inception of the APC led federal government.
In the tape, the speaker was quoted as saying:
"The President does not listen to anybody. He doesn't care. You can write what you want to write. The President doesn't care. Does he read? He will read, he will laugh. He will say 'come, come and see, they are abusing me here.'
"In fact, there was one case of somebody in Onitsha, a trader in Onitsha who couldn't sell his goats during Sallah. And I was with Oga on the plane and the man was busy abusing Buhari. He said, 'Amaechi, come, what is my business with Onitsha goat seller?'"

What makes marriages work
I had a chat with a friend of mine Philip (not real name). That was yesterday January 4th. Philip is a bachelor between the ages of 39-41 years. So I chipped in with marriage concept. 'Philip, I hope you are going to get married this year?' I jokingly asked. He affirmed his willingness to marry this year but with a condition that he finds what he called a 'wife material.'
''Wife material' is local vocabulary that means a virtuous woman. There is also a 'husband material' which refers to a bachelor or man of impeccable character.
Well I asked Philip if he has also made himself a husband material.
This kind of mindset of looking for Mr or Miss Right has kept somany unmarried. And I think it's when you don't have the right mindset about a system that you begin to see the system flawless.
With due respect, everyone has the right to choose his or her ideal partner.
But in doing so, understand that:
1)The Beauty of every ideal marriage is the combined efforts of the partners.
2)He or she who dreams of a beautiful marriage must be prepared to pay the sacrificial prices.
3)Every 'wife material' also looks forward to partnering with a 'husband material' so also is the man.
4)No such happy and fulfilled matrimony is without flaws or challenges.
Assuming Philip is not an ideal man for marriage in a general term and he finds a pretty gorgeous and virtuous woman for Marriage, do you think such union will harmonise?
'Wife material,' money, Power, wealth and love, yes the almighty love are not the fundamental components that make marriages work.
I say this because people have been in love yet their marriages crashed.
There are also crashed marriages of wealthy, influential sexy people
The fundamental component that makes a marriage work is Commitment. Yes, and commitment from both partners. If both partners are committed wholeheartedly to leaving together in Love no matter the flaws or challenges, certainly that marriage will work.
Remember he who dreams of a beautiful marriage must be ready to pay the sacrificial prices.
God bless our homes.

Father Mbaka drums support for the re-election bid of President Buhari
The spiritual Director of Adoration Ministry Enugu Nigeria Rev. Father Ejike Mbaka has expressed once again, his unalloyed support for the election of President Muhammadu Buhari for fighting corruption.
Father Mbaka made the declaration during his crossover night service with his supporters on Tuesday 31st December 2018.
According to a report in Punch newspaper, 'A President that is fighting corruption needs to be supported' Mbaka said.
Father Mbaka described the President as one with the best agricultural programs and other infrastructural developments. He enjoined his supporters to pray for Mr President and pray against what her termed 'impending unimaginable dificulty' in the year.
“We pray for President Muhammadu Buhari; he is a man who understands the situation. Since Nigeria started, we have never experienced a President that has agricultural programmes like him.
“For 16 years, the road from Anambra to Enugu was overgrown with weeds but within four years, the road is being reconstructed and the same way they are doing it to Umuahia. This one that remembered us, may God bless him.
“Four years doesn’t mean eight years; he has finished his four years. I pray for peaceful transition that he may complete his remaining four years. He will hand over to a better person, may the Lord keep him. When he was sick, he was almost dead and we said prayer and God granted him healing. God knows the purpose for allowing him to be alive; if God doesn’t want him, he could have died.
“The roads that were not going has started going. A lot of things are happening now which nobody knows. May the lord protect Buhari; it shall be well with our President.''

The Quote of the day
I understand that most times we continue to procastinate because we've not had enough of the resources. But hey! Do you know that some of those resources are hidden into the system and except you start, they'll continue to seem afar.-Chisom UdoChukwu Anyanwu.
When you have a project of about $3000. Of course, you don't have that amount available but have $200 ready. The human nature in its comfort zone, will tend to wait until all the resources are available even when what's available is enough for a start.
Don't wait for tomorrow to start that project or that dream. The best time is now using what you have.
Consistency, dedication and commitment are the primary keys to our greatness and never money or such things that have continued to swallow your dreams.
I understand that most times we continue to procastinate because we've not had enough of the resources. But hey! Do you know that some of those resources are hidden right into the system and except you start, they'll continue to seem afar.
When you have such long distance say five thousand miles to cover. It's extremely impossible to jump from the cradle to the final point and avoiding direct contacts with the steps between.
But with a gradual movement from cradle to step one, then to two, three and so on, your goal achievement is guaranteed. A thousand and one miles journey begins with such thing as simple as a step forward (right or wrong direction, yes a step forward in the right or in the wrong direction).
Similarly the achievement of your dream cannot just coming to you. You must have direct or indirect contacts beginning with the available, to get it done.
What you have is enough to get started, just get started, forget where it will take you to, focus on where you'r going to.
Waste no more time, let's go to work.

President Buhari's New year message
President Buhari has expressed his new year message to Nigerians in which among other things he promised a free and fair elections.
'Dear compatriots,
1. 'It is my utmost pleasure to rejoice with all Nigerians as we enter the year 2019, which will be a very significant one for our country.
2. 'At the turn of every year, we often use the opportunity to look back at the past and forward to the future. To review the outgoing year, its high and low points, successes and failures, and be fully thankful to God.
3. 'We Nigerians are a religious people, and we believe that God reigns and rules in the affairs of men. A time like this offers precious opportunity for thanksgiving, stock taking and reflection on goals and targets set for the receding year, and how much was accomplished. The ones not done can then be rolled over into a new year.
4. 'The dawn of a New Year is also a time to look forward. To consider new prospects, unfold our plans, and prepare for landmark dates and events.
5. '2019 will be an election year for us. In about two months, the polls are due, and we will elect leaders into various offices, at national and state levels.
6. 'As I welcome you into 2019, I also reiterate my many promises and declarations that the general elections will be free, fair and credible.
7. 'Elections need not be do or die affair, and we should not approach that eventuality in a democracy with trepidation and mortal fear. Happily, a large number of presidential candidates have committed to peace, and peace we shall have.
8. ' Those who continue to trumpet falsehood and negativity are on their own, fighting a losing battle. The greater number of Nigerians are trusting and believing that we shall deliver on our promises for a level playing field at the polls, and that is what we shall do.'
Mr President also emphasized on the desire for peace, security, inclusivnincl and development by Nigerians.
9. 'Nigerians desire peace, security, prosperity, inclusiveness and infrastructural development, a nation they can be proud of, a country that can hold its own among the nations.
10. 'That is the journey we have embarked on since we came onboard in 2015, and we are not distracted as we move on. We are resolved to build a country in which the resources are utilized for the benefit of the largest number, and not appropriated by a privileged few in their never ending quest to satisfy their greed. We are on this mission together, and I assure you of a firm commitment to the ideals of a safe, secure, fair, just and prosperous country.
11. We have had our challenges: security, economic, political, social. But we are resolved to combat and overcome them all.
12. I appreciate your support and collaboration in previous years, and look forward to same in 2019, and beyond, as I hope you will renew the mandate you overwhelmingly gave us in 2015, for another term.
13. We are motivated by nothing other than service to motherland, and service without selfishness or personal interest.
14. I can assure you all that we are making steady and sustainable progress in all areas of national life. Those who are unbiased can see and appreciate the progress the country has made since 2015.
14. A New Year provides opportunity for renewal of commitment, and I invite you to rededicate yourselves to the vision of a Nigeria that works for all.
15. We are moving from potentials to actualization, and it's a task to be accomplished by us all; man, woman, young, old, military, civilian, all Nigerians.
Please come along, as we journey to the land of our dreams. Happy 2019.
17. Thank you and God Bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria.'
Thank you Mr President, God bless you too.
Joel Osteen's declaration of the day
'It’s easy to find an excuse to settle where we are and accept things that are less than God’s best. Get rid of the excuses. It's time to announce to anything that’s holding you back, “It is finished. This is a new day.” Draw the line in the sand, “As for me and my house we’re going to serve the Lord.” Joel Osteen.
Isn't this true? Human nature wants no disturbances instead of trying a bit more to a higher level, we tend to settle for something less. Reject that, work against the will of the nature and enjoy the glorious realms.

The Best Things Never Come Easy-Luka Modric |
The task ahead of us is enumous but not insurmountable.
Yes as the year has just begun, we may have set out or still aspiring to set out one thing or the other to achieve. But it seems to pose alot of challenges- financial, emotional, physical challenges- which you doubt your overcoming abilities.
I think we see challenges but don't see the beautiful side of the challenges. They cause us to place more value at the end. Moreover, nothing good comes easy.
So do not be afraid of the enumosity of your tasks.
Note that there are people in your shoes yet they overcame the same challenges. Identify with such people and learn from them.
Don't give up, set out your strategies, restrategise and continue pushing. When you fail, try again in another way, failure to me is another attempt more experienced. As long as you're pushing forward, you have not lost the battle.
Put up your tools, lets go to work.
