The selfless leader is always unrest seeing his people surfer but his joy and satisfaction cones from rendering best services, bringing development and meeting up with the needs and aspirations of his people and never from what he has amassed.
When the leader is obessed with what he stands to gain, the led is doomed.
But when he's more interested in the needs, wishes, aspirations and in what inspires his subjects, the people rejoice.
